About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Talent acquisition and sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to proactively source qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct thorough resume screening and evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and refine job descriptions. Initiate tie-ups with professional institutes and HR consultant companies for strategic talent acquisition.
2. Candidate engagement and screening: Engage with candidates through phone calls to assess their interest and suitability for the position. Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements. Clearly communicate job details and answer candidate inquiries regarding the job description Maintain a professional and engaging communication channel with candidates throughout the screening process. Preserve candidate data for future usage, even if they do not meet the current criteria.
3. Screening and interviewing: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team. Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience during the interview process. Gather feedback from reporting manager i.e. (interviewers' response) and provide updates to candidates on their application status. Generate reports based on the screening and interview outcomes for evaluation and decisionmaking.
4. MIS management: Update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) with accurate candidate information and interview outcomes. Generate reports to assess the quality of sourcing efforts and initial screenings. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process. Provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing and screening activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
