About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
2. Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
3. Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
4. Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
5. Identify appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter.

2. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).

3. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

5. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
