2. Assist in scheduling and organizing interviews for candidates and hiring managers
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements
4. Engage with college placement cells and candidates, providing a positive and informative experience
5. Aid in maintaining recruitment records and documentation. Support in other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
2. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
3. Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
