Junior Recruitment Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
2. Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices in the organization
3. Build quality relationships with internal customers and external recruitment agencies
4. Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
5. Conducts job interviews for bulk hiring & lateral job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
6. Conduct on-boarding and orientation sessions for new joiners
7. Coordinate training sessions if needed for the new employees
8. Collaborate with key leadership on profile development and assist in supply and demand planning to meet overall business objectives
9. Provide external marketplace intelligence/industry trend analyses to the stakeholder group
10. Act as a single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting-related questions and concerns
11. Ensure the update of recruiting database and tools
12. Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
