Key responsibilities:

1. Download and index all the resumes coming from various platforms where the jobs are posted.
2. Scan relevant resumes according to the profiles applied for.
3. Make initial calls and review the candidate in the basic requirements defined.
4. Shortlist the candidate and align interviews with the potential employers.
5. Create a daily tracker for the daily activities done.
