Junior Recruitment Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates
2. Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants
3. Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates based on their resumes, experience, and qualifications
4. Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
6. Assist in the negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment between client requirements and candidate expectations
7. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database
8. Generate reports

Requirements:

1. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with clients
3. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating offers
4. Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous and accurate records
5. Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
6. Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields (Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply)
