Junior Social Media Marketing Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar management: Coordinate and manage the influencer's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication liaison: Serve as the primary point of contract for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing correspondence as necessary.
3. Project coordination: Assist in coordinating and executing carious projects, including events, collaborations, and content creation initiatives.
4. Administrations support: Provide administrative support such as drafting emails, preparing presentations, and maintaining organized files and documentation.
5. Relationship management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners sponsors and followers.
6. Research and analysis: Conduct research on industry trends , competitors, and relevant topics to inform decision-making and strategy.
7. Social media management: assist in managing the influencers' social media presence, including scheduling posts, and monitoring analytics.
8. Financial administration: Support with budgeting, expense tracking to ensure financial efficiency and transparency.
9. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
10. Proactive problem-solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to streamline processes and optimize the workflow.
