This job offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within the coffee industry. The associate will assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns, managing various social media platforms, executing email marketing strategies, generating content for social media, and learning about the intricacies of coffee roasting and brewing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
3. Support new product launches by developing marketing materials and coordinating promotional activities.
4. Manage regular email marketing campaigns to communicate with customers and subscribers.
5. Gain proficiency in the Shopify interface through hands-on training and assistance with website updates and maintenance.
6. Learn about the coffee industry, including coffee roasting processes, coffee-tasting techniques, and different brewing methods.
7. Participate in coffee-tasting sessions to understand flavor profiles and quality standards.
