Junior Social Media Marketing Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on social media channel management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
2. Assist the design team in creative ideation
3. Work with top management on social media automation software
4. Identify trends and strategies, including hashtags and current affairs that can creatively link to our marketing campaigns
5. Manage social media posts, including commenting, replying, and following
6. Generate a content calendar for different brands
7. Report social media accounts growth and analytics
8. Leverage analytics to identify solutions and workable strategies
9. Work on content creation for influencer marketing and email/SMS marketing
10. Work on customer interactions via online mediums
