Junior Social Media Marketing Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and recruit relevant influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new influencers in our network
3. Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and compensation
4. Create detailed campaign briefs and ensure influencers understand brand guidelines and requirements
5. Monitor content creation and posting schedules to ensure timely delivery of campaign deliverables
6. Track campaign performance metrics and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders
7. Stay current with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
8. Manage campaign budgets and maintain accurate financial records
9. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, legal, PR) to ensure campaign alignment
10. Handle crisis management and troubleshooting when issues arise
