Junior Social Media Marketing Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers
2. Develop social media marketing plans and programs for each product and direct promotional support
3. Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
4. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research, collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
5. Create new strategies for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources
6. Maintain a research database by identifying and assembling marketing information
7. Provide marketing information by answering questions and requests
8. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
9. Complete social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
10. Maintain social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and managing employees
11. Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and growth opportunities
