Junior Social Media Marketing Associate Job

This is a full-time on-site role as a 'Social Media Associate' at Poddar Diamonds in Mumbai. The social media associate will be responsible for media planning, communication, social media marketing, writing, and social media optimization (SMO).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Meta Ads: Plan, run, and improve paid ads on Facebook and Instagram to help the business reach its goals.
2. Create campaign plans: Create social media marketing plans, focusing on paid ads, to meet key goals and performance targets.
3. Target the right audience: Use detailed audience grouping and retargeting methods to boost ad performance and increase engagement.
4. Work with the creative team: Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching ads and write persuasive content connecting with the target audience.
5. Track and Improve Campaigns: Use tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to review how campaigns are performing and adjust strategies to get the best return on investment (ROI).
6. Manage Ad budgets: Handle ad spending wisely and adjust campaigns to get the most value and results from the money spent.
7. Test and improve Ads: Run A/B tests on different ad designs, audiences, and placements to keep improving performance.
8. Create reports: Put together detailed reports showing key metrics like impressions, clicks, and conversions, and share insights on how the ads are performing.
9. Keep up with trends: Stay informed about industry changes, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
