Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
2. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
3. Develop, implement, and manage client social media strategies
4. Define the most important social media KPIs
5. Regularly generate reports based on the performance KPIs
6. Manage and execute social media content and posting
7. Measure the success of every social media campaign
8. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
9. Use social media marketing tools such as Sprinklr, etc.
