1. Managing the company's YouTube channel and ensuring that it is up-to-date and engaging
2. Developing and executing a content strategy
3. Optimizing video content for search engines using best practices for YouTube SEO - this includes optimizing titles, descriptions, and tags to increase visibility and engagement
4. Working collaboratively with other teams, such as content creators, videographers, and editors, to ensure that the video content is of high quality and aligned with the company's goals
5. Monitoring and responding to comments on the YouTube channel in a timely and professional manner
6. Engaging with viewers and building a community around the channel
7. Analyzing YouTube analytics
Should have a basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building (however, training will be provided to develop your skills further)
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
