Key responsibilities:

1. Take the initiative to think of all the possible marketing strategies
2. Work on reflecting what we as a brand stand for, and who it appeals to through content, designs, advertisements, and motion videos
3. Work on understanding the users, what motivates them, what are their interests, and what will delight them or make them share a piece of content
4. Manage internal and external team members of designers, content writers, and motion designers
5. Work on pitching ideas and explaining them
6. Work on making a short-term impact or long-term impact by keeping budget and requirements in mind
7. Work on owning all the channels

Skills & Requirements:

1. A seasoned young professional having experience in branding, content, design, social media, consumer psychology, and analytics
2. A candidate who can take the initiative to think of all the possible marketing strategies
3. Can reflect what we as a brand stand for, and who it appeals to through content, designs, advertisements, and motion videos
4. A person who is proactive about what's going on in the world can see it as an opportunity to market and represent us
5. In their personal life, full of excitement, and understands the users very well, what motivates them, what are their interests, and what will delight them or make them share a piece of content
