About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor trends in social media, food, restaurants, and lifestyle/pop culture, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create viral content
2. Develop new and creative ways to generate buzz through content creation
3. Stalk the internet to uncover trends, sounds, and viral concepts by searching hashtags, brands, and other influencers through Instagram and other social platforms
4. Work on content ideation, development, and creation
5. Curate compelling visual content for social media platforms, especially Instagram
6. Assist with content production; collaborate with the team to create an archive of social and video content
7. Stay hands-on in our studio with our products

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities

2. Education background in marketing, social media marketing, mass communication, or relevant fields

3. Fluent in oral & written English

4. Excellent internet research skills

5. A positive and well-organized individual with extreme attention to detail

6. Mastery of the major social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook

7. Experience with Canva and other content creating tools

8. Have the ability to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
