Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, ideate, and post content on different social media platforms
2. Coordinate with content and design teams
3. Generate reports on social media performance
4. Analyze social media trends and brainstorm campaign ideas
5. Participate and engage in social media activities alongside the team lead
6. Create reels and short-form video content
7. Manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing
2. Strong communication skills
3. Experience working with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Ability to work in a team and create monthly social media strategy plans
5. Experience managing different social media accounts and posting content
6. Ability to brainstorm campaign ideas
7. Creativity in improving customer experience on social platforms
8. Understanding of the company's overall concept, including brand, customer, and product goals
9. Keen attention to detail
10. Basic knowledge of Canva
