Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram that aligns with AndPurpose's brand values and growth goals
2. Plan, schedule, and publish content that showcases our work, highlights design insights and connects with our audience
3. Build and nurture relationships with the design and startup communities by engaging in relevant conversations and industry events
4. Act as the brand voice in all community interactions, including social comments and direct messages
5. Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly
6. Work closely with the content team to create engaging social media content, including graphics, short videos, and stories
7. Highlight AndPurpose's projects, design philosophy, and client success stories through social media posts and digital platforms
8. Curate relevant content from industry leaders to keep the community informed and inspired
9. Organize and manage social media campaigns around key themes, product launches, and company milestones
10. Track campaign performance to refine future strategies and improve engagement
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media platforms
