Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Develop and implement engaging content strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
3. Schedule and post daily updates, including text, images, videos, and other content formats
4. Monitor trends and competitors to keep social media strategy relevant and innovative
5. Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across social media platforms to drive engagement and sales
6. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analytics
7. Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide reports
8. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
9. Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers and encouraging discussions
10. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance outreach
11. Monitor social media metrics and generate performance reports
12. Identify trends and provide insights to improve social media strategies
13. Suggest new tactics to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and advertising tools
3. Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools
4. Excellent communication and creative writing skills
5. Ability to work independently and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends
