ANMOL Jewellers, a well-known name in exquisite jewellery, is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & PR Executive to join our team. We want someone passionate about luxury, with a strong understanding of social media trends and experience in running successful PR and social media campaigns. This role is key to strengthening our brand image, increasing engagement, and improving our online presence.

Key responsibilities:

a. Social Media Management:
1. Plan and execute engaging social media strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.
2. Create and post high-quality content (text, images, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
3. Maintain a regular posting schedule and manage content calendars.
4. Monitor social media for mentions, feedback, and industry trends.
5. Interact with followers and respond to queries professionally.
6. Run and analyze social media ad campaigns.
7. Track key social media performance metrics.
8. Stay updated on new social media trends and best practices.

b. Public Relations:
1. Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance ANMOL Jewellers' brand reputation.
2. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals.
3. Write press releases, media kits, and PR content.
4. Pitch stories to journalists and secure media coverage for our products, events, and initiatives.
5. Organize press events, influencer collaborations, and other PR activities.
6. Monitor and analyze media coverage.
7. Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns.

c. Content Creation:
1. Write engaging captions, blog posts, and articles on jewellery trends, craftsmanship, and collections.
2. Work with photographers and videographers to create high-quality visual content.
3. Develop compelling content for social media, websites, and email newsletters.
4. Brand Building
5. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
6. Represent ANMOL Jewellers at industry events and networking opportunities.
7. Stay informed about competitors and identify ways to make our brand stand out.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. 1-5 years of experience in social media and PR, preferably in luxury or fashion.
3. Proven success in running social media and PR campaigns.
4. Strong writing and communication skills.
5. Good understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
