We are seeking an experienced social media associate who will administer our social media accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include creating engaging video and text content, interacting with our followers, and strategically managing posts to drive the success of our marketing goals. To excel in this position, we are looking for someone who is not only experienced in social media management but also stays up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Having an in-depth knowledge of SEO will be crucial in optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our platforms.
Key responsibilities:
1. Curate, edit, publish, and share engaging creative content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter)
2. Perform research on the latest audience preferences and benchmark trends
3. Post on social media handles, researching relevant hashtags, monitoring post-performance, and generating monthly social media analytics reports
4. Interact with followers and provide reverts on audience comments, emails, etc.
5. Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals
6. Monitor web traffic metrics and optimize for the same
7. Suggest new features to promote brand awareness
8. Collaborate with the brands/influencers for the chat shows, interviews, and guest invites
9. Analyze key metrics using the latest management tools to boost sales
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1. Proven experience of minimum 1 year in social media management
2. Proficiency in content management
3. Excellent copywriting skills
4. Solid knowledge of SEO and keyword research
