This is a full-time on-site role as a social media marketing manager at Culture Circle in Gurugram. As the social media marketing manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing stories and posts, content strategies, creating engaging and impactful social media posts, managing brand reputation, and analyzing campaign performance
2. Working closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all platforms
Qualifications:
1. In-depth knowledge of the sneaker and streetwear scene
2. Social media marketing and digital marketing skills
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience in developing content strategies for social media
5. Proficiency in social media optimization (SMO)
6. Experience in brand management and reputation management
7. Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to analyze campaign performance
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
10. Experience in the luxury fashion industry is a plus
11. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year
