We are seeking a motivated junior social media specialist to join our digital marketing agency. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating content calendars, coordinating with designers and editors, and obtaining client approvals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content
2. Create and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely delivery
3. Coordinate with designers and editors for content creation and delivery
4. Obtain necessary client approvals for content execution
5. Stay updated on social media trends and conduct audience research
6. Analyze metrics and generate reports on campaign performance
7. Monitor and engage with social media communities
Prerequisites:
1. Minimum 1-year agency experience in a social media role
2. Intermediate knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Google and basic knowledge other social platforms
3. Strong writing skills demonstrated through a portfolio
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Adaptability to changing priorities and industry trends
8. Professionalism and confidentiality in client interactions
9. Should have a decent laptop and a good internet connection
Note: Qualified candidates will need to go through a qualifying process before appearing for an interview. The candidate should be okay to travel to the office at Andheri 2-3 times a week.
