Junior Social Media Marketing Manager Job

We are looking for a dynamic female social media manager who is also an excellent content writer and has a knack for designing on Canva. The ideal candidate is confident in front of the camera, can create engaging content across platforms, and is comfortable managing social media campaigns, brainstorming creative ideas, and delivering results.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on social media management: Oversee day-to-day activities such as content creation, scheduling, and posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Work on content writing: Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media posts, and marketing campaigns.
3. Work on graphic design: Create visually appealing graphics, presentations, and social media visuals using Canva.
4. Handle video content creation: Present ideas and information confidently on camera to create engaging video content.
5. Work on strategy development: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
6. Work on analytics & reporting: Analyze social media performance, create detailed reports, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
7. Handle collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with company goals.
8. Stay current: Keep up with the latest trends and updates across social media platforms.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and writing.
2. Strong proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
3. Comfortable and confident in creating video content and speaking on camera.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
