Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute, and present digital and social media marketing plans
2. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
3. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
4. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
5. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
6. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
7. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
8. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
9. Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
10. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
11. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
