About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Content creation: Research, brainstorm and create content for social media posts & online ads
2. Performance analysis: Analyze social media metrics and ROI to measure performance
3. Brand management: Monitor customer sentiment and manage the brand's online reputation
4. Collaboration: Work with other departments to develop social media strategies
5. Reporting: Prepare reports on social media engagement and activities for given accounts/clients
6. Customer service: Respond to messages and comments, and assist customers with queries

Required skills:

Strong writing and communication skills
Proficiency with social media management tools
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Strong organizational and time-management skills
