Junior Software Developer Fresher Job

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team. The UI/UX designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with stakeholders to understand user requirements and design interfaces that meet those requirements
2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly illustrate user interactions and application workflows
3. Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
4. Create design assets, including icons, logos, and images, that are optimized for web and mobile applications
5. Translate designs into HTML that can be used by developers to build the application
6. Conduct usability testing to ensure that designs are intuitive and user-friendly
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
3. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma
5. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Axure
6. Experience working with front-end development frameworks such as React or Angular
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
8. Portfolio demonstrating design expertise in web and mobile applications
9. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, as well as a strong understanding of front-end development
10. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to translate designs into HTML
