Junior Software Tester Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
2. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
3. Identify, report, and track defects using a bug-tracking system
4. Understand and implement best practices for QA processes and methodologies
5. Ensure that all software releases meet or exceed established quality standards
6. Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of database, REST, and UI testing
2. Experience in QA through an internship or similar experience
3. Proven experience in software quality assurance
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
6. Experience with bug-tracking software and test management tools
7. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
