Junior Software Tester Job

Manual tester to join our growing quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UI/UX testing, functional testing, and ensuring the seamless performance of both websites and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform UI/UX testing to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across both web and mobile platforms.
2. Execute functional testing to validate the features and functionalities of websites and mobile applications.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
4. Collaborate with the development team to identify, report, and resolve defects through issue-tracking tools like JIRA or TestRail.
5. Conduct cross-platform testing on different browsers, devices (iOS/Android), and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
6. Participate in regression testing to ensure that recent changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
7. Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential usability or performance issues not covered by existing test cases.
8. Ensure timely and thorough reporting of test results, both to the development team and project managers.
9. Actively participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
