Junior Talent Acquisition Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on shortlisting candidates from the online portal access given to you for job profiles of different hospitals
2. Work on calling candidates and checking their suitability in accordance with the parameter given by the hospitals
3. Work on mailing the job profile and sending the candidates for interviews
4. Work on checking if the candidate has gone through the job profile and is willing to appear for the interview before sending them for the interview
5. Take feedback from candidates about the interview process

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must be from Greater Noida (do not apply if you are from Noida Extension, Noida, or Greater Noida West)
2. Must be living within 10 Km of office at Alpha 1
3. Should have experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant
4. Must have own laptop and smartphone
