About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Defining job requirements: Talent acquisition professionals work with hiring managers and department heads to determine the skills, experience, and qualifications needed for specific positions within the organization
2. Sourcing candidates: Talent acquisition professionals use a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
3. Screening and assessing candidates: Talent acquisition professionals review resumes and cover letters, conduct phone and video interviews, and administer assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications
4. Managing the interview process: Talent acquisition professionals coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other key stakeholders, ensuring that all parties have the information they need to make informed hiring decisions
5. Extending job offers: Talent acquisition professionals work with hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers to top candidates, negotiating salary and benefits packages as needed
6. Building and maintaining candidate relationships: Talent acquisition professionals strive to build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about the hiring process and the organization, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
7. Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics: Talent acquisition professionals track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement

Salary during probation: ₹21,000 - 25,000 /month
