Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Utilize HRIS to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and track recruitment metrics.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
5. Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment assessments.
6. Provide administrative support for the HR department, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HR projects.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
