2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, particularly in specialized roles within the CPaaS and technology fields
3. Oversee and refine the interview process, ensuring efficiency and alignment with role requirements
4. Work with the marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding, highlighting our culture, growth, and career opportunities within CPaaS
