About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment (80%): Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. Source candidates through channels like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, evaluating candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers.

2. Onboarding (20%): Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Prepare onboarding materials and schedules, and coordinate orientation sessions. Assist new employees in completing necessary paperwork and benefits enrollment. Provide support and guidance during the initial training period to ensure successful integration.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and onboarding.
2. Knowledge: Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, as well as onboarding best practices.
3. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
4. Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
5. Interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a positive candidate experience.
