Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
2. Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
3. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate potential hires
4. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners
6. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics
7. Utilizing MS-Excel to track and analyze data for continuous improvement of recruitment processes
