Junior Teacher Job

Key responsibilities:
Teaching to class 8th to 10th Odia medium students.
Planning: Create lesson plans, set objectives, and prepare the classroom
Teaching: Deliver lessons, demonstrate tasks, and assign and grade work
Assessing: Evaluate students' performance and development, and report on their progress
Communicating: Keep parents and guardians informed about their child's progress, and participate in meetings
Encouraging: Promote student participation and performance, and encourage parent and community involvement
Managing: Develop and enforce classroom rules, and maintain discipline
Supporting: Work with students individually to help them overcome challenges, and provide resources for learning
