2. Review the latest pharmacopeial updates, supplements, and amendments evaluating necessary updates in existing documents to ensure compliance with current pharmacopoeia in coordination with the regulatory body
3. Review assigned documents by referencing relevant backup and predefined quality procedures to ensure compliance with quality requirements
4. Issue documents to applicable units while maintaining a record of issuance in the bound book ensuring that the current version of common documents is available at the unit
5. Execute the harmonization and simplification process of documents to reduce complexities in processes and ensure adherence to standardized procedures
