Junior Technical Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

I. Provide customer support:
1. Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, and phone), providing clear and timely support.
2. Document, track, and resolve customer issues using the company's customer relationship management (CRM) or other proprietary warehouse management system.
3. Work closely with technical and product teams to escalate and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
II. Work on technical training and development:
1. Engage in continuous training provided by the company to enhance programming skills in Angular, .NET, and SQL Server.
2. Shadow senior developers and technical support staff to gain practical insights into application development and support.
3. Contribute to simple technical troubleshooting and solutions while learning to apply your programming skills.
III. Work on data and analysis:
1. Support customer service operations with uploading bulk orders using clients proprietary warehouse management system.
2. Work on entry and basic data analysis using Excel/SQL.
3. Create and maintain technical and training documentation to support team knowledge sharing and customer support materials.
