About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent technical support to clients by promptly responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues related to our products and services.
Management Technologies (patching tools like ManageEngine/SCCM, etc).
2. Collaborate with the development team to identify and analyze software bugs or glitches, and provide comprehensive documentation for effective resolution.
3. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the delivery of reliable and error-free software solutions to our clients.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends, and continually enhance knowledge and skills to better assist clients.
5. Participate in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service support for clients.
6. Assist in providing training and guidance to clients on software functionalities, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices to maximize their usage and satisfaction.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Candidates with basic knowledge of managing assets and inventory platforms and with the knowledge of managing AWS is an added advantage.

2. The candidate should have prior experience working with VADs/SIs or working as a system admin.

3. The candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills and should be highly efficient, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

4. The candidate should have experience working closely with direct clients (enterprise/MSSP/MSP), channel partners, and our global technology partners.

5. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.

6. The candidate should have a bachelors degree in any related field.

7. The candidate must have good experience in scripting (PowerShell and Bash).

8. The candidate must have good experience with managing endpoints (Windows/Mac/Linux including servers).

9. The candidate must have good experience in endpoint security (EDR/XDR) and endpoint.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
