We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential clients through telephone calls to introduce our real estate services.
2. Explain the benefits of our properties and services to potential clients.
3. Answer questions about properties and provide additional information as requested.
4. Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up on them regularly.
5. Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our sales team.
6. Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
7. Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and conversions.
8. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
9. Stay updated on market trends and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling points.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
