Junior Telecaller Job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to introduce Mercury software products and services to potential clients.
2. Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
3. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new prospects.
4. Set appointments for the sales team, aiming for at least 5 meetings per week.
5. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
6. Provide information about products and services to prospective clients during calls.
7. Handle initial queries and offer pre-sales customer support.
8. Meet or exceed daily, aiming for at least 50 calls and 10 leads generated weekly.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
10. Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights on market trends and customer feedback.
