Junior Travel & Tourism Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize geographical tour bookings
2. Handle domestic destinations such as Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and manage other destinations across India
3. Collect and analyze clients' specifications and preferences to suggest suitable travel packages or services
4. Assist clients in understanding appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
5. Organize travel arrangements from start to finish, including tickets, accommodations, and transportation
6. Provide travelers with relevant information and useful travel/holiday materials (guides, maps, event programs, etc.)
7. Handle domestic tour packages and coordinate with tour operators to ensure smooth execution of tours
8. Manage hotel activities from a backend perspective
9. Maintain relationships with key personnel in the travel and hospitality industry
10. Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
11. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients
12. Coordinate sales activities and ensure effective communication with clients and team members
13. Handle queries from clients regarding travel arrangements, destinations, and services, providing prompt and accurate responses

1. Proven experience in domestic tour package handling and destination management
2. Strong negotiation skills and sales coordination experience
3. Excellent communication skills (listening, reading, and writing)
