Junior Travel & Tourism Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggestions and requirements
2. Regularly maintain a good relationship with our customers
3. Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels, and creating the itinerary
4. Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel like guides, itineraries, brochures, and maps
5. Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer
6. Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate them to the best level possible
7. Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer
8. Regularly update a database containing client details and travel information
9. Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately
10. Reach the sales and revenue targets
11. Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends
