Junior Travel & Tourism Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Book travel arrangements, including flight tickets, hotels, visas, and cruises
2. Manage financial transactions related to bookings
3. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
4. Use booking systems such as Sabre and Amadeus for ticketing and reservations
5. Offer personalized travel recommendations and maintain follow-ups post-travel

Requirements:

1. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset
2. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with travel destinations, hotel bookings, visa processes, cruises, and airlines
3. 1+ year of experience in the travel industry is an advantage
4. Tech proficiency: Knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, or other booking systems is preferred
