Junior Travel & Tourism Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with the clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and special requests.
2. Assist in planning and organizing client travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
3. Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate transportation, accommodation, and travel.
4. Apply problem-solving skills to handle any unforeseen issues that may arise during travel, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.
5. Contribute to the sales efforts by identifying potential leads, promoting travel packages, and closing deals to disruption for clients.
6. Organize large-scale events, including conferences and retreats as per the client's requirement.
7. Advise current and prospective clients about destination options, including pros and cons.
8. Coordinate with vendors and get the best package as per client's requirements.
