1. Experience: Prior experience in travel sales, holiday package bookings, flight reservations, or hotel bookings is preferred.
2. Knowledge: Familiarity with travel booking systems and online tools (e.g., Amadeus, Portal Booking etc.).
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
4. Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
5. Sales Skills: Ability to upsell travel products and services effectively.
6. Organization: Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
7. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, booking platforms, and travel-related software.
8. Languages: Proficiency in English is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
