Junior Travel & Tourism Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Follow-Up and Closure:
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to Study Abroad services.
- Maintain a proactive approach to follow up with leads via calls, emails, or messages.
- Convert inquiries into successful bookings or consultations.

2. Documentation and Process Handling:
- Guide clients through the Study Abroad application process, including gathering and verifying required documents.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions to universities or agencies.
- Coordinate with partners, educational institutions, and relevant authorities for seamless service delivery.

3. Client Communication:
- Provide exceptional service by addressing client queries and concerns with professionalism.
- Clearly explain the process, timelines, and requirements to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships to ensure client satisfaction and trust.
