Junior Travel & Tourism Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
2. Provide expert advice on popular travel destinations, activities, and holiday packages.
3. Utilize travel booking systems and tools, such as Amadeus or Sabre, to manage bookings and reservations.
4. Communicate effectively with clients through both written and verbal channels.
5. Ensure attention to detail in all travel plans and bookings.
6. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
7. Demonstrate flexibility by working evenings and weekends as needed.
8. Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
9. Report to managers and provide regular updates on sales and client interactions.
