1. Oversee bookings for transportation, accommodation, activities, and meals.
2. Confirm and document all bookings, and communicate them to relevant parties.
3. Address client and participant questions and concerns promptly.
4. Collaborate with tour guides, vendors, and team members, and communicate program details to stakeholders.
5. Maintain accurate booking records, ensure data integrity, and prepare reports.
6. Resolve booking or operational issues, managing changes or cancellations with vendors.
7. Enhance operations efficiency and customer satisfaction by implementing feedback.
8. Manage daily operations, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure safety policy adherence.

Other requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in bookings, reservations, or customer service, ideally in the travel or education sector.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
6. Working knowledge of safety and risk management procedures in travel.
