1. Bachelor’s degree in Films, Media, Mass Communication or related fields
2. 1-2 years of experience working as a videographer or in a similar position in the media industry
3. Sound knowledge of production processes and technologies
4. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize them
5. Creative and artistic skills
